The Role: Member Experience Agent

LifeLab Integrated Wellness is seeking a Member Experience Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for members and visitors. This full-time role is central to ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of the LifeLab brand, creating a welcoming, seamless, and memorable experience from arrival to departure within a luxury, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Deliver personalized service designed to meet member expectations.
• Manage appointments, bookings, inquiries, and daily front desk operations.
• Handle member requests efficiently while upholding service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and premium reception area.
• Cultivate positive relationships with members and anticipate their needs.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless member journey.
• Provide support for daily operational and administrative activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, healthcare, or other client-facing roles.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in assisting people.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or premium customer service is preferred.
