MEP Project Manager

Job Overview

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia (FSA), a general contractor established in 1978, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of large-scale construction projects. FSA has delivered numerous turnkey projects across Saudi Arabia, specializing in major civil works including building complexes, hospitals, industrial projects, and commercial centers.

Role Purpose

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and finalization of all MEP elements within construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP-related activities from design and procurement through installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for all MEP works, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Oversee the preparation and review of MEP technical submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Manage MEP project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to quality standards, and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and solutions to the project team.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports on MEP activities, highlighting key milestones, risks, and financial performance.
