Mobility Packet Core Expert ACI & CVIM

About the Role

Accelerec is seeking a Mobility Packet Core Expert ACI & CVIM to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on mobile telecommunications, specifically 3G, 4G, and 5G Packet Core technologies. The role involves working with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and CVIM (Cloud Infrastructure for Virtualized Network Functions) environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support for 3G, 4G, and 5G Mobile Packet Core networks.
• Work on Packet Core architecture, including implementation, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and CVIM environments.
• Support cloud-based and virtualized Packet Core network deployments.
• Independently manage direct customer interactions, technical discussions, and issue escalations.
• Engage with customer engineering and operations teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex Packet Core issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of mobility projects.
• Support network optimization, performance improvement, and service assurance activities.
• Prepare and communicate technical updates, reports, and recommendations to customers.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a dedicated background in mobile telecommunications and strong practical expertise in Packet Core technologies. This role requires the ability to manage customer interactions and technical activities independently.

• 2-5 years of experience in mobile telecommunications.
• Strong practical expertise in 3G, 4G, and 5G Packet Core technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and CVIM.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to independently manage direct customer interactions, technical discussions, and troubleshooting.
