Monitoring & Evaluation Expert

About the Role

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert – Monitoring & Evaluation to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position that requires 5-10 years of experience. The role supports technical assistance assignments focused on monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management within the context of the EU-funded "Egypt Downtown Facility" project.

Project Context

The "Egypt Downtown Facility" project aims to enhance the effectiveness, coherence, and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt. This is achieved by providing rapid, flexible, and high-quality technical assistance for jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. The overall objective is to strengthen policy dialogue, improve program implementation, and reinforce the institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments related to monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management.
• Develop results frameworks, indicators, and monitoring tools.
• Conduct evaluations, impact assessments, and performance reviews.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and results-based management systems.
• Experience in developing indicators, baselines, targets, results frameworks, and monitoring tools.
• Experience in conducting evaluations, impact assessments, and/or performance reviews.
• Experience in providing training and capacity building sessions is desired.
• Experience with EU-funded programs is considered an asset.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves contributing to an EU-funded project, working as part of a consortium led by NTU International A/S.
