Role Purpose and Strategic Contribution

The Monitoring Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of the media monitoring team. This position focuses on transforming media coverage data into strategic insights that support client objectives and inform decision-making within a fast-paced agency environment. The role is critical for tracking performance, identifying risks, and providing data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the media monitoring team and oversee daily operations.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage across print, broadcast, online, and social media channels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports with actionable insights.
• Track campaign performance, sentiment, share of voice, and industry trends.
• Identify potential reputational risks and provide timely alerts.
• Collaborate with PR and account teams to support client objectives through data-driven insights.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all monitoring reports and presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in media monitoring, PR, or communications.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the specified fields.
