Role Overview

The Network Specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and monitoring the organization’s network infrastructure. The primary objective is to ensure secure, reliable, and continuous connectivity. This role focuses on essential network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring, alongside the efficient resolution of network-related incidents in strict accordance with defined SLAs and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support for the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal network availability and performance across all systems.
• Resolve network-related incidents and actively support problem management processes.
• Execute approved network changes in a controlled and documented manner.
• Support network recovery and service restoration activities following disruptions.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in network support, maintenance, and monitoring roles.
