Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy - or Bachelor of Physical Therapy +40 hours of Occupational Therapy training
Working hours: Evening from 2 PM to 8 PM
• Knowing the child's health and psychological history and monitoring any developments or observations on him
• Evaluation and writing initial reports and the treatment plan that meets the child's needs
• Receiving children at the specified times with prior coordination and activating the session elements plan
• Commitment to the daily number of children during sessions so that no more than one child is present at a time (according to the branch system)
• Commitment to the daily session plan and the specified program for the children
• Implementing therapeutic sessions and the established plans while considering the specified goals
• Treating children according to the plans set by the specialist
• Preparing the tools and means used in the sessions
• Assessing the department's needs for therapeutic means and tools
• Effective communication with families and teachers to implement programs at home and school
• Monitoring children and documenting daily notes in the follow-up record
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the child's goals
• Writing monthly reports and periodic evaluations of the child in coordination with the team
• Participating in weekly meetings to discuss children's cases
• Participating in internal and external activities and events for the center
• Consulting the supervising specialist and presenting his recommendations and explaining them to the parents with a signature
• Evaluating the overall performance of children and revising goals and plans when needed
• Writing daily notes and related recommendations
• Submitting monthly reports to the direct supervisor
• Monitoring children's attendance and absence
• Collaborating with the administrative team on follow-up tasks
• Recording cases in the electronic system and documentation as per the established procedures
• Activating therapeutic sessions according to the daily schedule as per the established plan
• Committing to attendance and departure according to the system
• In case of a child's absence, an alternative session is scheduled in agreement with the department
