About the Role

K20s - Kinetic Technologies is seeking an experienced OGL Developer Oracle Guided Learning to join our banking project team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive guided learning content for Oracle applications, with the aim of driving user adoption and enhancing process efficiency across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive walkthroughs, smart tips, task lists, messages, and contextual help for Oracle Banking applications.
  • Analyze banking business processes and translate them into user-friendly guided learning content.
  • Configure, test, and publish OGL content within Oracle applications, performing validation before go-live.
  • Customize OGL guides using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where required.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), functional consultants, and QA/testing teams.
  • Update OGL content following application releases, patches, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot OGL issues, optimize guide performance, and support user adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Adhere to Agile/Scrum practices and maintain proper documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Oracle Applications.
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in developing OGL content, including Walkthroughs, Smart Tips, and Task Lists.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for OGL customization.
  • Basic SQL proficiency and an understanding of Oracle application structure.
  • Functional understanding of banking processes and their translation into training content.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Banking, ERP, or Fusion applications is considered a plus.

Additional Skills and Preferences

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM/ERP/SCM is preferred.
  • Prior experience in BFSI/Banking domain projects is preferred.
  • Experience with UPK, OJT, or other digital adoption tools is preferred.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of a dedicated project team focused on banking solutions.
