About the Role

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join its boutique team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Operations Coordinator will manage all aspects of client services within the boutique, focusing on repairs, service orders, and client correspondence.

Role Context

The individual in this role will support client requirements by leveraging product knowledge and proactive follow-up, ensuring each client receives a personalized experience. This involves assisting clients with their needs, whether they are making a purchase or seeking service for existing items.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and service orders (including engraving, etching, and embossing) are accurately entered, monitored, and completed.
• Provide high standards of client follow-up to support the development and maintenance of client relationships.
• Meet and consult with both appointment-based and walk-in clients.
• Respond to all client inquiries received via phone, post, and email.
• Fulfill client order requests, including managing the transaction process and shipping arrangements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury retail or client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
