Operations Manager at Modex Solution

Modex Solution specializes in industrial precision, engineering, and turnkey site rollouts, including signage networks, architectural cladding, and large-scale retail environments. As the company expands its operations and industrial footprint across Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operational value chain. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will integrate heavy industrial manufacturing principles with agile, multi-site rollout execution across various projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-trade production lines, including sheet metal fabrication, CNC routing, acrylic/LED illumination, powder coating, and ACP cladding.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, line balancing, and scrap reduction.
• Direct project management, logistics, and site installation teams across concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Champion Design-to-Cost (DTC) and Value Engineering (VE) from prototype development through to final project handover.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ERP-driven production workflows across estimation, procurement, and dispatch functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10-15 years of operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years at an executive or director level.
• Experience within industrial signage, architectural facades/cladding, or large-scale commercial fit-outs is required.
• Demonstrated technical command of multi-trade manufacturing processes, engineering conversion, and high-risk site operations.
