Operations Manager

About the Role

Chaps & Co is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations across all outlets within the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia region. This full-time role involves maintaining a positive working environment for both clients and team members, ensuring service excellence, and upholding brand values and standards. The Operations Manager will act as the primary communication link between the managing partner and operational employees, implementing directives and aligning staff with the company's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Maintain consistent company culture among all operational staff.
• Oversee the management of all team members across various outlets.
• Schedule shifts for all operational staff.
• Manage material purchasing and inventory planning.
• Ensure organizational processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data to enhance profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor barber and therapist performance.
• Coordinate with HR and PRO departments to ensure timely delivery of required tasks.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience quality.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in an operations management role.
• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and creation.
• Ability to identify issues, generate solutions, and select appropriate alternatives using root cause analysis.
• Experience managing project scope by assessing requirement changes and determining impact on budget, time, and risk.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations, anticipate operational and tactical risks, and track them.
• Capable of clarifying, identifying, and tracking requirements and issues, removing barriers, resolving minor project issues, and escalating to management when necessary.
• Stays informed of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and relevant training.
