The Role of Operations Supervisor

Carwah is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage the full operational and booking lifecycle. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 1-3 years of relevant experience. The supervisor will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient service delivery within the car rental platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete operation and booking lifecycle, from reservation intake through vehicle handover, active rental, and return/close-out.
• Lead and supervise a team of operations staff and coordinators, including shift planning, task delegation, and day-to-day performance management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot booking issues in real time, resolving delays, conflicts, or customer escalations.
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as booking turnaround time, fleet utilization, on-time delivery/pickup rate, customer satisfaction, and cancellation/no-show rate.
• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports to management, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with fleet, customer support, and partner/rental office teams to ensure smooth handoffs and vehicle availability.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members on established procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the car rental or logistics sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage real-time operational challenges.
• Proficiency in tracking KPIs and preparing operational reports.
• Experience in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on enhancing tech-enabled mobility solutions.
