Position Overview

Nestlé is seeking a dedicated Operator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves performing machine tending operations and operating various machines within a dynamic production environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient and compliant manufacturing processes.

Core Operational Responsibilities

• Check the quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse against production orders to prevent breakdowns or delays.
• Perform testing procedures to ensure optimal machine performance during production runs.
• Learn and strictly follow the standard operation procedures established for the production line.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters, submitting fault reports promptly in case of any abnormality.

Quality Assurance and Reporting

• Verify the production date and batch number printed on products.
• Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment to confirm satisfactory treatment results.
• Maintain accurate logs for all operational activities and quality checks.

Maintenance and Process Improvement

• Execute both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment as required.
• Participate in or lead shift operational reviews to discuss achievements and address any issues encountered.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Operator position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in machine operation or a production environment. A proven ability to follow procedures and perform basic maintenance is essential.
