About the Role

Musco Lighting is seeking a Full-time Assembly Operator to join its team at the Dammam facility in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to contribute to production goals through diligent assembly tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Take initiative to meet or exceed company objectives related to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Actively participate as a team member, responding to workflow needs as directed to maintain efficiency.
• Read production documents and drawings to execute assembly tasks according to established processes.
• Operate various tools, including hand tools, power tools, electronic testing equipment, jigs, and fixtures, to produce products per specifications.
• Identify and report inferior parts or processes to the Coordinator, Lead, or Quality department.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
• Perform packing duties, which include placing finished assemblies into boxes and securing materials with appropriate packing supplies.
• Execute other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Capacity to follow instructions and take direction.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• A proven record of good attendance.
• Availability to work overtime as required.
