The Role: Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports and executes Human Capital Excellence initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, employee experience, and HR operational excellence. The specialist will contribute to key areas including organization design, job architecture, HR analytics, and talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain organizational structures and reporting lines, and review job descriptions.
  • Support Job Evaluation (JE) and Job Architecture (JA) initiatives, participating in workforce planning projects.
  • Execute Human Capital initiatives and transformation projects, driving continuous improvement across HC processes and programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce insights, monitoring HR metrics and data quality.
  • Strengthen KPI governance through periodic review and calibration, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce capability assessments.
  • Execute employee engagement, retention, and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives, enhancing employer branding.
  • Provide recruitment and onboarding support, including candidate screening, interview participation, and new employee integration.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled HR solutions and digital communication tools, identifying opportunities for HR service automation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Capital Excellence, Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management, or related areas.
  • Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are preferred.
  • Experience in Job Descriptions, Job Architecture, Organization Design, HR Projects, and HR Analytics is preferred.
