OT Cybersecurity Associate Manager

About the Role

Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Associate Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements, combining advisory expertise with hands-on technical delivery. The Associate Manager will work with clients, OT teams, OEMs, and technology vendors to design and implement secure OT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements, covering assessment, strategy, architecture, engineering, design, and implementation.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity, gap, risk, and security assessments within industrial environments.
• Design and engineer OT cybersecurity solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop detailed OT security architectures, network designs, security controls, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Support the implementation and configuration of OT security technologies, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, vulnerability management, and security controls.
• Participate in technical design workshops, solution engineering, system integration, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Collaborate with OT, engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams to translate business and operational requirements into secure technical solutions.
• Work with OT OEMs, system integrators, and technology vendors to design, integrate, and validate cybersecurity solutions.
• Apply relevant OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks, such as IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001/27019.
• Develop technical deliverables, including HLD/LLD, security architectures, design documents, technical specifications, assessment reports, and implementation documentation.
• Support client workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagements.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, solution development, and new OT cybersecurity offerings.
• Stay current with emerging OT technologies, cybersecurity threats, standards, and engineering practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should have 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a blend of advisory expertise and practical technical delivery skills in OT cybersecurity.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working directly with clients and various technical teams to implement secure operational technology environments.
