We are seeking an experienced Overseas Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies.
• Lead overseas recruitment campaigns, interviews, and candidate selection processes.
• Oversee visa processing, documentation, and worker mobilization.
• Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
• Monitor recruitment costs, agency performance, and hiring targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A strong background in overseas manpower recruitment is required.
• Experience within the manpower supply or workforce solutions industry is preferred.
