About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Partnership & Business Development Manager Film Studios to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and is central to driving commercial growth and strategic partnerships for our Film Studio asset. The Manager will identify new business opportunities, cultivate industry relationships, and support occupier attraction to strengthen the studio’s position within the entertainment and creative ecosystem.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and secure partnerships that enhance the Film Studio's occupancy, utilization, and revenue generation. The Manager will play a crucial part in building long-term ecosystem value, ensuring the studio's sustained commercial success and integration within the broader creative industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations to support occupancy, utilization, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with studios, production companies, content creators, creative operators, service providers, and training partners.
• Build and manage a structured commercial pipeline aligned with occupancy targets and partnership priorities.
• Support the development of anchor partnership models, commercial proposals, and collaboration frameworks for the Film Studio.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking industry trends, competitor activity, and operator needs relevant to studio activation.
• Support negotiation discussions, commercial structuring activities, and partnership terms development.
• Coordinate with the Finance department on pricing, commercial feasibility, and revenue assumptions.
• Support leasing and occupancy growth initiatives in alignment with the commercial strategy.
• Represent the Film Studio at networking events, industry forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop partnership engagement plans and relationship management strategies for priority accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for onboarding strategic partners and enabling operational integration.
• Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for expansion and deeper commercial collaboration.
• Prepare commercial reports, pipeline updates, market intelligence insights, and partnership recommendations.
• Support activation initiatives, ecosystem development activities, and industry engagement programs.
• Contribute to long-term commercial sustainability planning through partnership-led growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience within entertainment, media, hospitality, real estate, destination development, creative industries, or ecosystem-driven environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with commercial assets, entertainment operators, production companies, or content ecosystems.
• A strong professional network across the entertainment, media, content production, or creative sectors is preferred.
