About the Parts Adviser Role

Western Auto Company is seeking a Parts Adviser – Passenger Vehicles to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to providing expert customer service and support, focusing on the selection of automotive parts, particularly for Chinese car brands.

Role Context

As a Parts Adviser, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, offering guidance and specialized knowledge to ensure they identify and acquire the correct parts for their vehicles. This position contributes to overall customer experience and supports the company's operational objectives by assisting in inventory optimization based on market trends and customer needs within the Chinese automotive sector. You will work within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on automotive parts, with a specific emphasis on Chinese vehicles, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track parts availability, support ordering processes, and maintain accurate stock levels for Chinese car parts.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle repairs, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to remain current on new products, industry trends, and customer service techniques, enhancing individual and team performance.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parts department, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management regarding customer preferences and market trends, particularly in the Chinese automotive sector, to aid strategic decision-making and inventory management.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Participate in promotional activities and sales initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the parts department.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting financial accountability.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant role, demonstrating proficiency in automotive parts advisory and customer service.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625.
