About the Parts Advisor Role
Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on assisting in sales functions for an assigned portfolio. The Parts Advisor is responsible for delivering sales strategies and achieving specific portfolio goals through direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure business performance for assigned portfolios by following stipulated actions and portfolio management guidelines.
- Drive sustainable sales growth and contribute to market size and customer potential analysis.
- Apply the Manual of Authority regarding discount percentages.
- Ensure timely and prompt delivery of parts to end-users.
- Adhere to the Jameel Standard relevant to the Parts Advisor role.
- Provide efficient service with a Guest First mindset, fulfilling essential obligations.
- Execute daily parts sales activities and maintain an efficient sales process in coordination with portfolio management business plans.
- Implement established credit sales criteria to support sustainable sales growth.
- Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction, as per employment contract.
- Coordinate field visits with the Parts Manager and Parts Supervisor to generate revenue and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in team meetings to review sales targets, discuss customer complaints, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Receive customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Parts Sales team for support.
- Engage with the direct manager for product knowledge updates through regular discussions.
- Follow up with the Accessories Department on customer requests, collaborating with accessory salesmen.
- Assist in year-end stock-taking activities, ensuring adherence to processes and timely completion.
- Coordinate invoicing and payment processes according to standard operating procedures for accurate and timely transactions.
- Submit Parts Sales or Credit invoices to the Parts Supervisor for immediate release of required spare parts.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:
- Principles and processes for customer service, including needs assessment, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation.
- Methods for showing, promoting, and selling products, encompassing product demonstration, sales techniques, sales control systems, and the Saudi Automotive Industry.
- Basic understanding of Accounting and Financial principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in the English language, including grammar, composition, meaning, and spelling of words.
- Knowledge of cut-off times and parts arrival times.
- Adherence to discount policy execution.
- Adherence to return invoice policy execution.
- Compliance with Ministry of Commerce regulations.

This role directly contributes to the Retail strategy through the execution of Spare Parts strategies. The Parts Advisor is instrumental in achieving Parts’ goals by engaging directly with customers to meet established targets.
