About the Role

AIQU is seeking a Patch Management & Windows Systems Engineer for a 12-month extendable contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role primarily focuses on patch management and vulnerability remediation, alongside providing support for Windows Server environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and monitor vulnerability scans using Qualys.
• Identify missing security patches and vulnerabilities.
• Deploy and verify OS and third-party application patches using Ivanti ISec / Security Controls.
• Coordinate patching across staging and production environments.
• Troubleshoot patch deployment failures across servers and endpoints.
• Prepare patch compliance reports and dashboards.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and GPO.
• Perform server health checks, system hardening, and log reviews.
• Support escalated Windows Server/system issues.
• Utilize basic PowerShell for automation tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in patch management and Windows systems.
• Hands-on experience with Qualys.
• Hands-on experience with Ivanti ISec / Ivanti Security Controls.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory & GPO.
• Basic PowerShell scripting skills.
• Understanding of Windows registry, file systems, and MSI/EXE packages.
• Familiarity with ITIL Change & Incident Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualys Certified Specialist certification.
• Microsoft Windows Server certification.

Work Type

This is a contract position for a duration of 12 months, with potential for extension.
