Job Description

We are looking for a polite, well-groomed individual with high skills in communication and customer service, with experience in dealing with high-end clients, and who understands that the patient's experience begins the moment they enter the clinic.

Responsibilities:

Receiving patients and welcoming them in a sophisticated and professional manner.
Providing a distinguished reception experience that reflects the clinic's level and services.
Accurately recording patient data and updating files and information.
Organizing appointments and coordinating with doctors and different departments.
Handling patient inquiries and providing information clearly and politely.
Following up on patient needs during the visit and ensuring their satisfaction with the service.
Dealing with customers with high professionalism.
Maintaining the confidentiality of patient information and their privacy.
Handling situations and complaints professionally, calmly, and with quick response.
Coordinating with the customer service and operations team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Adhering to high standards of appearance and professional conduct within the clinic.

Requirements:

Previous experience in reception, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
Experience in medical or cosmetic clinics or high-end hotels and hospitality is preferred.
Experience in dealing with VIP clients and high-end clients is a key advantage.
Excellent communication, politeness, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with different personalities professionally and flexibly.
Proficiency in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred.
Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Commitment to high confidentiality and privacy in dealing with patients.
