Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a Performance and Analytics Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on enhancing operational efficiency and project success within large-scale infrastructure projects.

The Role of Performance and Analytics Manager

The Performance and Analytics Manager will lead performance management, data analytics, productivity intelligence, and reporting functions. The primary objective is to transform operational and project data into actionable insights that improve productivity, resource utilization, cost control, schedule adherence, and overall project outcomes. This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide SCCS performance management frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement standards.
• Analyze project and operational data to identify productivity gaps, bottlenecks, resource inefficiencies, performance trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze productivity across construction activities, work cells, equipment, and workforce utilization.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, performance reports, and data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
• Lead Pulse & Wave performance reporting, monitoring project stability, productivity, resource leveling, and execution performance.
• Integrate and analyze data from project controls, ERP, planning, BIM, equipment, and other operational systems to ensure accurate and reliable performance reporting.
• Develop productivity benchmarks and analyze actual versus standard productivity to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with Construction Management, Project Controls, Planning, Equipment, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and IT teams.
• Establish data validation and reporting governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, advanced analytics, and reporting enhancements.
• Provide management with actionable recommendations based on trend analysis, forecasting, benchmarking, and operational performance data.
• Drive a data-driven performance culture across projects and business units.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, project management, performance management, productivity, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and project performance, particularly within large-scale infrastructure or mega projects.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Advanced proficiency in data visualization, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems and translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
