This full-time Performance Business Analyst role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is part of the Business Analyst Accelerated Consulting Program.

Program Overview and Responsibilities

The Business Analyst Accelerated Consulting Program is an 18-24 month program designed to develop core consulting skills. Participants will gain exposure across various industries and communities served by AlixPartners. Initially, the role involves supporting client-facing teams through industry research and company analysis. As foundational skills are developed, the role progresses to becoming a member of a regional engagement team, addressing critical client issues.

• Support the firm’s business development initiatives.
• Identify potential business opportunities.
• Develop intellectual capital.
• Assist client-facing teams with industry research and company analysis.
• Participate in formal training and on-the-job learning to develop core consulting skills, including digital languages.
• Engage in industry rotations to build business acumen and understanding.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, with a curiosity to learn about diverse industries and consulting engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and be dependable.
• Effective organizational skills with high attention to detail; capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, particularly as unique projects or needs arise.

Work Environment and Location

This role is based in the AlixPartners office in KAFD, Riyadh. The firm operates a hybrid work model, combining in-person work (at client sites or AlixPartners offices) with remote working. Travel is an aspect of this position, with frequency varying based on client, team, and individual circumstances. Occasional local client site travel or international travel for training may be required. Standard working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
