Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

About the Role

Hill International (KSA) is seeking a Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing a comprehensive framework for performance monitoring and reporting across projects, ensuring accurate and consistent tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) in all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of performance data.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Advise on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on performance against targets and goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop action plans for addressing performance issues and improving overall performance.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure optimal functioning of performance monitoring and reporting systems.
• Stay informed of industry best practices in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Train and mentor staff in performance monitoring and reporting techniques and best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of performance monitoring and reporting professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a project management environment on large projects.
• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with professional project management processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up/set-up work processes.
• Involvement in continuous improvement and capacity building/talent development initiatives.
• Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory, and personnel administrative functions.
• Excellent analysis skills and report writing abilities.
• Proven ability to prepare professional presentations and present them to management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working internationally, with a preference for experience in KSA.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within a dynamic project management setting.
