The Role of Perso Operator

Thales Group is seeking a Perso Operator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves operating and monitoring personalization or mailing machines to ensure consistent workflow and adherence to production plans. The operator will be responsible for maintaining quality control and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor perso or mailing machines to maintain a consistent workflow.
• Conduct quality control by inspecting products for defects and removing faulty items from the production line.
• Record production data, including output, rejections, downtime, and material usage.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and security guidelines, including wearing protective gear and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
• Follow up on the conducted production plan.
• Implement the priority matrix.
• Perform additional tasks as required by business needs, such as manual fulfillment.
• Comply with PCI requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Perso Operator position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires an individual who can effectively manage machine operations, ensure product quality, and maintain accurate production records.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a structured production environment where adherence to strict safety, security, and quality standards is paramount.
