About the Role

SPIMACO is seeking a Pharma & Wellness Junior Medical Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within ARAC, a subsidiary company. The role focuses on promoting and selling the company's products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The representative will be responsible for providing accurate scientific information, supporting various marketing activities, and contributing to the overall growth of the company within their designated area.

Core Responsibilities

• Professionally promote the company's product portfolio to healthcare professionals.
• Collect product orders from customers.
• Manage products nearing expiration to optimize company profit and minimize waste.

Market Engagement and Data Management

• Provide continuous feedback regarding customer challenges and requirements.
• Submit daily reports to the wellness supervisor.
• Track daily operations, reporting or resolving any identified issues.
• Report regularly on market feedback concerning plan implementation.
• Collect and maintain an updated customer database.
• Regularly review the customer database for accuracy and completeness.
• Classify and qualify customers to assist in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the cosmeceutical business unit.
• Maintain a continuous market presence to ensure data remains current and flows through the CRM system.
• Implement marketing strategic plans and adhere to regular operational schedules.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience.
