About the Role

Home Healers is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on providing services in a virtual or home-based environment, utilizing telehealth platforms and, where applicable, home visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions comprehensively.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and interventions, primarily via telehealth platforms and occasional home visits.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress.
• Document clinical notes accurately and maintain thorough patient records.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, proper use of mobility aids, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Adhere strictly to professional and regulatory standards in all aspects of practice.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Physiotherapist.
• Demonstrated ability to assess physical conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
• Proficiency in guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and/or home-based care delivery is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position that offers flexibility through a remote or home-based work model, complemented by necessary home visits. The role requires a commitment to delivering patient care in a dynamic setting.
