About the Role

BTranz is seeking a PI System & Industrial IoT/Edge Technologies Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing and supporting industrial data platforms, connected-device solutions, real-time data integrations, and edge computing environments. The position requires experience in integrating operational technology with enterprise applications and analytics platforms.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of critical industrial data infrastructure. This involves working with PI System components, IoT device integrations, and edge applications to ensure robust and efficient data flow and processing within industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain industrial data collection and integration solutions.
• Configure PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, and PI Vision components as required.
• Develop IoT device integrations, edge applications, and real-time data processing workflows.
• Integrate sensors, gateways, industrial equipment, and cloud platforms.
• Implement data monitoring, visualization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization strategies.
• Provide support for device connectivity, system security, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Overall experience of 6-10 years in relevant fields.
• Experience as a PI Domain Consultant for 6-8 years.
• Experience as an Intermediate PI Developer for 4-6 years.
• Experience as a Senior IoT/Edge Engineer (specific duration to be confirmed).
• Experience as an Intermediate IoT/Edge Engineer (specific duration to be confirmed).
