Role Summary

Delivery Hero SE is seeking a 3PL Territory Senior Account Manager to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting third-party logistics (3PL) account operations to ensure an adequate balance between rider supply and delivery demand, particularly within the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day 3PL account operations in the Eastern Province.
• Assist in onboarding and activating new 3PL partners to expand regional fleet coverage.
• Monitor 3PL operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, identifying and reporting gaps to senior team members.
• Assist 3PL partners in resolving routine operational issues, logistics obstacles, and account inquiries.
• Review 3PL billing accuracy, assist in invoice validation, and track payment releases in coordination with the Finance department.
• Participate in operational meetings with 3PL partners in the Eastern Province to foster strong working relationships and improve vendor retention.
• Gather operational feedback from 3PL vendors to identify areas for workflow and communication improvements.
• Support the communication of operational updates, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures to 3PL partners.
• Monitor daily 3PL compliance with HungerStation’s Code of Conduct and operational standards.

• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure daily work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in account management, logistics, or a similar operational role, preferably within a 3PL environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on supporting operations primarily in the Eastern Province.
