Planning Manager

Overview of the Role

Elegancia Arabia is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and project control functions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on large- to mega-scale Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, baselines, recovery plans, and progress-monitoring systems.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential delays and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate effectively with project, engineering, procurement, commercial, and construction teams.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, dashboards, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and clients.
• Manage resource and cost loading, schedule updates, and critical-path analysis.
• Provide support for extension-of-time claims and delay analysis.
• Ensure that project milestones are achieved in accordance with contractual requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in planning and project controls.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering large- to mega-scale MEP projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) certification is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and other relevant planning and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of MEP construction sequences, project controls, progress measurement, and delay analysis.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with substantial experience in KSA-based projects will be given preference.
