PMO Treasury

About the Role

TawanTech is seeking an experienced PMO professional to join a leading bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing system implementation and transformation initiatives within the Treasury domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in PMO and project management, specifically within banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT and system implementation projects, particularly within Treasury.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Implement and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) processes.
• Prepare and present status reports and project dashboards to stakeholders.
• Manage governance processes and prepare reports for steering committees.
• Oversee multiple vendors and workstreams to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in PMO and Project Management is essential.
• Mandatory experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong experience in IT and system implementation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of RAID Management.
• Experience in preparing status reports and project dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with governance and steering committee reporting.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Significant experience working on Treasury projects is highly important.
• Proven experience in system implementation and/or transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and/or workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Murex / **
• Knowledge of Treasury systems such as Kondor.
• Experience with Cutover and Deployment Planning.
• Experience in Capital Markets is also relevant.
