Treasury Business Relationship Manager

About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a Treasury Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Riyadh, located in the Riyadh Region. This full-time role focuses on ensuring business-IT alignment for Treasury initiatives, including the development of BaaS and treasury platforms. The successful candidate will build business cases that balance treasury objectives with delivery feasibility and track initiatives through to completion.

Role Overview

The Treasury Business Relationship Manager serves as a key liaison between Treasury stakeholders and IT Delivery. This position involves close collaboration to define, prioritize, and manage the lifecycle of strategic Treasury initiatives, ensuring they align with the bank's overall strategy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Treasury business unit heads to identify, shape, and prioritize initiatives.
• Build end-to-end business cases, including rationale, expected benefits, cost estimates, and delivery feasibility.
• Translate Treasury business requirements into scope for IT Delivery planning and estimation, and communicate delivery constraints as business trade-offs.
• Own the initiative lifecycle from intake through business case approval, tracking progress against the plan.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on treasury platform and API solution options.
• Prepare initiative documentation and status updates for management.
• Identify and proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure Treasury initiatives remain aligned with the bank's strategic program.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in business-IT alignment, particularly within Treasury or financial services.
• Proven ability to build comprehensive business cases and manage initiative lifecycles.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with both business and IT teams in a dynamic environment focused on financial technology and treasury solutions.
