pulse by solutions is seeking a Portfolio Head_ Water, Finance & Transportation (Internal Post) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for the strategic direction, P&L performance, and commercial governance across the Water, Environment & Agriculture, Finance, and Transportation sectors. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose and Context

The Portfolio Head directs the vision, strategy, and implementation plans for three key verticals: Water, Environment & Agriculture, Finance, and Transportation. The primary objective is to achieve the organization's financial and strategic business objectives while ensuring that all commercial engagements adhere to approved lifecycles, decision rights, and the RACI model.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction for the Water, Environment & Agriculture, Finance, and Transportation sectors.
• Manage the P&L performance across all three designated verticals.
• Ensure commercial governance through adherence to approved lifecycles, decision rights, and the RACI model.
• Direct the vision and strategy for implementation plans within each vertical.
• Drive the achievement of the organization's financial and strategic business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Proven track record in P&L management.
• Experience with commercial governance frameworks, including lifecycle management, decision rights, and RACI models.
