About the Role

SADAFCO is seeking a dedicated Pre-Salesman - Ambient to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for executing pre-sales calls according to journey plans, aiming to achieve sales targets by ensuring product availability, visibility, and replenishment across all customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Sales and Merchandising Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales calls as per designated Journey Plans, ensuring no call exceptions and addressing non-buying customers.
• Develop and refine routes by reporting new outlet openings and closures to the Sales Supervisor.
• Provide customers with suggested orders to maximize SKU availability in outlets, following recommended order guidelines.
• Record accurate stock levels for all relevant SKUs in each outlet.
• Replenish and display products according to merchandising policy to enhance shelf space and off-take.
• Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of company assets (Chillers/Freezers), strictly prohibiting non-SADAFCO products.
• Report maintenance issues and any misuse of assets by customers to supervisors immediately.
• Ensure Point of Sale (POS) materials are displayed in outlets as per company policy.

Invoicing and Stock Management

• Oversee proper delivery of goods by the delivery team and collect payments according to agreed terms.
• Ensure all Temporary Credit (TC) invoices are collected within the TC credit policy and properly filed with the relevant supervisor.
• Review and sign returned products from stores upon receipt.
• Reconcile returned products with the storekeeper upon return from the market, as per company policy.
• Manage stock in stores and backrooms to prevent bad returns and damaged products.

Sales Administration and Reporting

• Complete all sales-related administration accurately and on time.
• Ensure daily collections are deposited with the cashier in a timely manner.
• Utilize the Mobile Sales Force Application (MSFA) to sync orders for delivery on the next working day.
• Complete daily MSFA endorsement with the supervisor, discussing daily activities, market development opportunities, and reviewing sales achievement against targets.
• Review other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and agree on next steps and actions with the supervisor.

Qualifications and Professional Conduct

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar pre-sales or sales role.
• Maintain the designated vehicle in a clean condition, both inside and out.
• Adhere to company standards for uniform and personal grooming.
• Demonstrate professional behavior at all times, representing SADAFCO effectively.
