About the Role

Systems Limited is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/agentic solutions, from initial proof-of-concept through to production go-live. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating these solutions directly into client environments and providing on-site technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end build of GenAI/agentic solutions, from architecture through implementation, once scoped.
• Integrate solutions into client live environments, addressing authentication, data access, existing systems, and legacy interfaces.
• Adapt builds on-site to address edge cases identified through real-world usage that were not anticipated in the original design.
• Debug and resolve production issues directly within the client's infrastructure.
• Set up monitoring and prepare handoff documentation for the client's internal team.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during solution delivery.
• Lead the delivery pod for GenAI/agentic engagements when appropriate.
• Provide presales support when pursuit volume exceeds internal capacity.
• Incorporate build learnings back into the practice's estimation models and pattern library.
• Manage client expectations effectively under shifting scope or timeline pressures.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced engineer who can manage complex technical projects and client relationships simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions within diverse enterprise environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering and solution delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship GenAI/agentic solutions from proof-of-concept to production.
• Experience with integrating complex technical solutions into existing client infrastructures.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. It requires direct engagement with clients on-site to ensure successful solution implementation and adaptation.
