The Opportunity

Exequt MENA is seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise PAM solutions. The successful candidate will apply hands-on expertise in BeyondTrust and/or WALLIX PAM to secure privileged accounts, sessions, and access within customer environments, working closely with cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, SOC, and IT teams. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities: PAM Implementation & Administration

The PAM Engineer will be responsible for a range of tasks related to PAM solution deployment and management, ensuring robust security for privileged access.

• Design, implement, and administer BeyondTrust Password Safe / Privileged Remote Access and/or WALLIX Bastion.
• Configure privileged account discovery, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Manage password vaults, credential policies, rotation, and reconciliation.
• Implement privileged session management, monitoring, recording, and auditing.
• Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), approval workflows, least-privilege controls, and Just-In-Time (JIT) access.
• Manage privileged access for administrators, vendors, contractors, and remote users across various platforms, including Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, security appliances, and cloud environments.
• Configure application-to-application and service-account credential management.

Key Responsibilities: System Integration

This role also involves integrating PAM solutions with existing enterprise systems and supporting various access methods to ensure seamless and secure operations.

• Integrate PAM with Active Directory / LDAP, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity providers.
• Integrate PAM with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)/Security Operations Center (SOC) and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, such as ServiceNow.
• Configure access via RDP, SSH, HTTPS, databases, and network devices.
• Support cloud/hybrid integrations and API-driven automation.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge and practical skills in Privileged Access Management to effectively contribute to client projects.

• 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant cybersecurity or IT field.
• Hands-on expertise with BeyondTrust and/or WALLIX PAM solutions.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various technical teams, including cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, SOC, and IT.

Compensation and Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Compensation for this role is structured on a performance-based model.
