About the Role

Zeoof Group is seeking a Procurement Manager F&B Operations to lead and manage the procurement function across all food division operations. Based in Riyadh, this full-time role is responsible for ensuring the timely sourcing of goods and services at the best possible quality, cost, and terms. The manager will play a critical role in supporting multi-unit restaurant operations and optimizing inventory, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and manage the end-to-end purchasing process for all food and non-food items.
• Ensure timely procurement to support all outlets, catering, and projects, standardizing procedures across all units.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard approved suppliers; negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms; and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
• Ensure all procurement aligns with food safety standards, municipality regulations, and verify product quality upon delivery, including proper documentation and supplier compliance certifications.
• Monitor and control food costs and operational expenses, identifying cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Establish and maintain procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approval workflows, providing regular reports on cost analysis, supplier performance, and savings achieved.
• Lead and manage the procurement team, providing training and development, and ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Work closely with central kitchen, restaurant units, and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels, avoid shortages or overstocking, and ensure efficient order cycles.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in F&B operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and suppliers effectively.
• Flexibility to handle operational demands and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of service beverage, generally involving at least 6 years of Bar operations experience.

Operational Context

The Procurement Manager will be integral to supporting the weekly consolidated ordering system and will coordinate closely with cost control and finance teams. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring procurement efficiency across various Zeoof Food brands, including Loris, La Haut, and Catering operations.
