About the Role

Brand Aid Marketing Solutions is seeking a Procurement Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to oversee and optimize the company's procurement activities. Brand Aid is a vertically integrated marketing agency and production house specializing in BTL activities, events, exhibitions, and in-store POSM, operating across the GCC and Levant regions since 2006.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, annual plans, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers, ensuring compliance and performance.
  • Oversee direct procurement for raw materials and production components, and indirect procurement for operational needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve optimal commercial value and manage procurement expenditures against budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement plans align with project schedules and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure purchased materials meet quality specifications and coordinate corrective actions for any issues.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks through contingency planning and maintaining alternative supplier networks.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports on procurement status, costs, and performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering collaboration across departments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, POSM, Retail Displays, Branding, Advertising Production, Construction, or Fit-Out industries is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, Cost Analysis, Budget Management, ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), Advanced Microsoft Excel, Inventory Planning, Procurement Planning, Data Analysis, Risk Management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, Production, Operations, Design, and Finance teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.
