Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Jeraisy Computers and Communications Services is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in procurement. The specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement cycle for IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement cycle from RFQ, quotation evaluation, and negotiation through PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers.
• Process and monitor Purchase Orders using Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare commercial comparisons covering price, delivery, payment terms, warranty, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Project Management, Finance, Logistics, and suppliers.
• Procure IT products and services including hardware, software, licensing, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and professional services.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes, and documentation requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a procurement role.
• Ability to conduct commercial comparisons covering price, lead time, payment terms, warranty, delivery, and compliance.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers regarding order confirmation, shipment, delivery, invoicing, and discrepancies.
• Proficiency in monitoring open and pending Purchase Orders until delivery and closure.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated contractual and commercial awareness.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple purchasing requests simultaneously.
