About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Product Specialist. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Role Overview

The Product Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders within the healthcare sector. This position involves monitoring market dynamics and supporting strategic initiatives for product launch and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinical experts, institutions, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support initiatives that address unmet needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging evidence, and changes in the healthcare environment to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of launch and lifecycle management strategies.
• Act as a key point of contact internally, ensuring alignment and effective communication across relevant functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with specialty products.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate market insights into actionable plans.
