Product Specialist

About the Role

MedTech Corp Medical Equipment is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting the complete lifecycle of assigned products. The specialist will play a key role in understanding product features, gathering customer feedback, and communicating requirements to relevant internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products.
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to address client needs effectively.
• Monitor the performance of assigned products in the market.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on product performance and market analysis.
• Contribute to the development of product training materials and documentation.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

The Product Specialist will work with internal stakeholders to ensure that products consistently meet market expectations and deliver significant value to customers. This involves active participation in cross-functional discussions and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a product-focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to support products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Experience in gathering and communicating customer feedback to technical or development teams.
