About the Role

Laverne Group (مجموعة لافيرن), located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Product Management Specialist. This full-time role involves managing product data and lifecycle activities, analyzing product performance, and providing essential support to internal teams with accurate product information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle by entering, updating, and maintaining product information, technical specifications, pricing, and related data within the company’s systems.
• Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and continuously updated.
• Analyze product sales and performance using Advanced Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Monitor product inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
• Prepare product reports, technical documentation, and product-related materials.
• Provide product-related support and information to field and operational teams.
• Support and train relevant teams on product updates, changes, and new features.
• Coordinate with the Quality Department to follow up on product specifications, quality requirements, and product-related issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product information, specifications, and updates.
• Identify discrepancies in product data and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Coordination, Operations, or a related field.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a team focused on product lifecycle management and data integrity.
