Production Supervisor

About the Role

MBC GROUP is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing scripted productions from initial development through to final delivery, ensuring projects adhere to established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scripted productions across the entire lifecycle, including development, pre-production, filming, post-production, and final delivery.
• Monitor production schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within approved financial parameters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, production companies, creative teams, and operational departments to achieve production objectives.
• Review scripts and production plans to identify requirements, operational considerations, and potential risks.
• Oversee production processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and technical specifications.
• Track production performance, provide regular status updates and reports, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Support casting activities, talent engagement, contract coordination, and production logistics.
• Manage relationships with production partners and external stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
• Review production outputs, such as dailies, rough cuts, and offline edits, to maintain quality standards.
• Identify potential production risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on delivery schedules and budgets.
• Resolve production, operational, and logistical issues efficiently while maintaining project continuity.
• Ensure all deliverables meet creative, technical, legal, and business requirements prior to final handover.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant production supervision role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with various internal and external teams to ensure seamless production operations.
