Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Professional Services Senior Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, onsite position involves providing expert technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, contributing to the delivery of advanced technology solutions.

The Role of a Professional Services Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will provide technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs. This involves understanding customer operations and fostering effective relationships as a trusted advisor to ensure customer satisfaction. You will maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry domain expertise, actively contributing to HPE’s solutions portfolio by sharing technical knowledge and methodologies gained from customer projects. This role also involves shaping technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external customers, with accountability for consistent chargeability levels and assisting in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You will contribute to the organization’s profitability by generating new business opportunities and providing technical support for deal proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and implement detailed technical designs based on project needs.
• Develop enterprise-level technical solutions.
• Lead technical assessments and solution delivery to clients.
• Manage team performance and lifecycle.
• Coordinate installation, design, and migration activities across networks, applications, or platforms.
• Provide advanced technical consulting, including proposal support, system tuning, and solution modifications.
• Contribute to company strategy and client needs analysis.
• Respond to technical inquiries and develop solutions using industry-standard products.
• Engage in innovative problem-solving across technologies.
• Share knowledge within the community, produce technical materials, and present at conferences.
• Support sales activities, manage bids, and grow existing customer portfolios.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong combination of technical mastery, leadership capabilities, client engagement skills, and strategic contribution. A minimum of 10 years of extensive industry experience is required, typically held by a senior-level professional.

Work Environment

This role is designated as 'Onsite', with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner or customer office located in Riyadh.
