About the Role

Fortinet is seeking a Program Manager Professional Services to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the successful delivery of medium complexity projects, from initiation through to completion, on time and within the agreed Scope of Work.

Role Overview

The Program Manager will lead a virtual team comprising customer contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support. The primary objective is to manage implementations that are technically sound, financially profitable, and fully supportable. This role requires a structured approach to implementing IT security solutions, supported by strong business acumen, management, budgeting, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and all project stakeholders to understand and meet project needs.
• Develop, negotiate, and finalize the Scope of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and project schedules.
• Identify necessary resources, assign individual responsibilities, and ensure resource availability and allocation align with project plans.
• Coordinate activities across all customer-facing Fortinet functions, including sales, operations, order management, and support, as well as outsourced project components.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, utilizing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes.
• Measure project performance using relevant systems and tools, reporting and escalating to management as required.
• Manage internal and external escalations to achieve project success.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, applying Fortinet's methodology and enforcing project standards.
• Perform risk management to minimize Fortinet's exposure and risk on projects.
• Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor project receivables.
• Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Assure all project legal documents are completed and signed.
• Facilitate effective team and customer meetings, communicating sensitive information tactfully.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Management discipline, or equivalent work-related experience.
• Around 5 years of experience in a similar program or project management position.
• Demonstrated technical understanding of security and networking projects.
• Experience working with global enterprises, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP), carriers, and governmental customers.
