About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Programs & Training Partnerships Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with an immediate start, initially for a duration of 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on managing training programs and coordinating with various partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of training programs.
• Manage and coordinate training schedules effectively.
• Liaise and coordinate with external training providers and partner companies.
• Track participant attendance for all training sessions.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports on training activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training program management.
• Previous experience working within a university environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement.

Commitment and Availability

Candidates must be available to join immediately and commit to the initial 2-3 month contract period. The role requires a dedicated individual to manage and coordinate training initiatives effectively from the outset.
