The Role of Project Consultant

Infinite PL is seeking a Project Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on supporting the successful delivery of projects. The consultant will contribute to effective project initiation, planning, execution, governance, and reporting, ensuring projects meet established standards and objectives. The role requires close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify and track risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and invoicing activities in coordination with project teams and the finance department.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to PMO governance standards.
• Contribute to portfolio reporting and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, with a focus on PMO and project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to support projects from initiation through execution and closure.
• Experience in monitoring project metrics, preparing reports, and managing project documentation.
• Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal departments and external partners to drive project success.
