About the Opportunity

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is collaborating with a prominent engineering consultancy to recruit a Project Manager Hotels Consultant. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on leading the delivery of a high-profile hotel project currently under active construction.

The Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the successful execution of a significant hotel development. This position requires a professional with a strong background in project management, capable of navigating the complexities of large-scale construction projects within the hospitality sector. The role is offered as a 1-year project-based contract, with potential for strong performers to transition to other projects within the company.

Core Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of project planning, budget management, and quality control.
• Coordinate effectively across various project teams to ensure cohesive operations.
• Manage all client and stakeholder communication from project initiation through to completion.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess a robust professional background and meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
• A consultancy background, particularly within high-rise or hotel projects, is highly preferred.
• Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated prior experience within the Saudi market.

Contract and Work Schedule

This position is structured as a 1-year project-based contract. Successful performance may lead to opportunities on subsequent projects within the company. The role requires a commitment to a 6-day work week.
