The Role of Project Control Manager

Mace is seeking a Project Control Manager for a part-time position in Riyadh. This role involves joining a team dedicated to delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project, which includes significant civils and infrastructure scope. The Project Control Manager will collaborate with renowned architects and global consultants, managing integrated project controls across planning, cost, risk, change, and reporting to support safe, timely, and commercially effective delivery from design through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project programs, budgets, risks, and change controls.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identifying issues and proposing mitigation actions.
• Deliver accurate performance reports to support client decision-making.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to maintain effective governance.
• Develop team capabilities and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion safety, wellbeing, and sustainability, including carbon reduction efforts.
• Manage PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
• Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Build strong client relationships and drive performance reporting.
• Align delivery with Mace control center standards, mentoring teams, and promoting sustainability.
• Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project control management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage integrated project controls across various functions.
• Experience in delivering projects from design through construction.
• Commitment to safety, wellbeing, and sustainability practices.
